If you have had a baby within the past two years of booking in we will offer you a postnatal check tailored to you.
This check considers you and your recovery looking at any postural changes which may have occurred.
Here we are able to check your abdomen for your tummy gap, and provide also an external check to your pelvic floor.
we tailor treatments to your aches and pains looking at feeding shoulders, lower back and hip issues, sciatica rib flare/angle, headaches and so much more.

AFTER DELIVERY
Massage after the third trimester can take place 6 weeks after delivery* during pregnancy your body under goes under a number a changes both physically and posturally often the discomfort of pregnancy can subside, however some aches and niggles may remain and continue on in to the 4th trimester. C-section scar therapy may only take place 6 weeks after surgery, you must be signed off by your surgeon before treatment can take place.
Scars can not be treated if they are currently open, painful, inflamed, infected or weeping fluid
